By accessing or using MultiverseLab Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MultiverseLab Golf provides golf performance tracking, swing analysis, yardage management, and related analytics tools for recreational and competitive golfers.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MultiverseLab Golf and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MultiverseLab Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. DATA SOURCES & LICENSING

Course layouts, tee and green positions, par and yardage data shown on this website and in the app are derived from open geographic data sources, including OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0) and OpenGolfAPI (ODbL 1.0). The underlying geographic facts remain available from the original sources under the ODbL — for bulk reuse we recommend citing them directly. For this website:

• Allowed: search engines and AI answer engines indexing pages for search and citation (Google, Bing, Apple, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity and other verified crawlers).
• Not allowed: bulk automated extraction of the course database, systematic harvesting of hole, tee and green geometry, or reselling our derived database. Rate limits and bot protection are enforced at the edge.
• Bulk / API access: contact [email protected] — we are happy to license bulk access or point you to the upstream sources.

11. DATA ACCURACY

Course layouts are derived from community and open mapping data and may differ from on-the-ground reality (remodelled holes, tee relocations, temporary closures). Always confirm critical distances against on-course signage. Distances in the app use your device GPS and are subject to normal GPS accuracy limits.
